iFood 360° will initially be available to approximately 20 FBP employers in multiple regions across Canada with up to 400 participating workers.
iFood 360° will initially be available to approximately 10 academic institutions and community stakeholder organizations and to as many as 200 participating job seekers with transferable skills.
There is NO COST to employers for participating in the program.
We are planning to complete partner registration by April, 2022. We expect training will commence in June, 2022.
We expect the training will required 30 hours from each employee. The curriculum covers industry specific and social emotional skills, and includes self paced on line learning and engaging virtual reality experiences.
We expect the career exploration experience will require 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete, based on the participants interests.
