Here's what you will get:
Virtual Reality Headsets
Each project partner will receive one or more Oculus Quest 2 headsets, preloaded with iFood360° content, and all the required peripherals.
The Oculus Quest 2 is a light weight, all-in-one VR headset that does not require a gaming PC or any external tracking sensors. It is powerful enough to run impressively detailed virtual reality experiences, and portable enough to support training access to multiple participants.
FPSC Learning Management System (LMS)
Each project participant can navigate to the FPSC LMS through a personalized, secure online portal. In the LMS, students can engage in proven and effective e-learning courses tailored to the industry and the iFood360° VR experiences. They can also track their progress and performance throughout the project.
Partner Dashboard
Each project partner will have access to a personalized online project dashboard, where they can track participant activities and progress. A simple and user-friendly interface puts all the project details at your fingertips.
Chromebooks
For project participants with limited access to computers, we can provide Chromebooks to support online self-paced learning for everyone (while quantities last).
Curriculum
Each project participant will complete a curriculum including industry validated e-learning courses focused on operational and social emotional skills, as well as newly developed virtual immersive experiences to enhance and reinforce the e-learning content. FPSCs library of e-learning courses is developed with subject matter experts – by industry, for industry. Course content is applicable to real world scenarios and is engaging and informative.

Support
Project partners and participants will receive a package of guidebooks and supporting materials to assist them through their learning journey. We will host an onboarding webinar for all participants to review the learning process and answer any questions, and our project team will be available to support our partners through any technical or learning challenges.
Recruiting and Outreach
iFood360° will also deliver virtual career exploration to students and job seekers across the country, through partnerships with academic institutions, community employment associations, and immigrant serving organizations. Students and clients will participate in engaging virtual reality career exploration experiences that highlight production facilities from all of our industry sectors and present interviews with workers representing many of the exciting career opportunities in the food and beverage processing industry. These activities are designed to drive awareness of our industry and support you in attracting engaged and interested applicants.

How iFood360° Will Work For You...
Registration
You fill in the application on the iFood360° website.
We contact you to review your application, complete a needs assessment survey, and answer any questions you might have.
You assign a company Onsite Contact (OC) for us to communicate next steps.

You confirm your participation and number of employees.
We prepare a commitment letter and employer package.
You sign and return letter.

Schedule
We provide your OC with onboarding and program start dates.
Employee and partner packages, including hardware, project and support documents are sent.
Dashboard login link is sent to OC.

OCs attend an informative onboarding webinar to learn about program details.
Employees attend a separate webinar to introduce details of the program and set expectations.

Partners log in to iFood360° dashboard to familiarize themselves and validate participant information.

Employees receive iFood360° packages, including guidebooks and support documents, and LMS login details.
Employees review package and login/register.

Train Online
Employees commence their self paced online learning by completing the Operations and Social Emotional curriculums through the LMS.
Partners can monitor progress and support employees using the Partner Dashboard

OC will coordinate access to VR hardware for employees to complete the VR experiences.
Each employee will complete the VR experiences based on hardware availability.

Pre-Training
OC and employees will complete an Evaluation Baseline survey

Employees complete individual course assessments and evaluation surveys upon completion of each online learning stream and VR experience.
The iFood360° project team will conduct regular check-ins to monitor progress and identify opportunities for support.

OC and employees will complete post-training surveys after 2 and 12 weeks.

Grad Packages
Participant Graduation Packages, including certificates, will be sent to OC to share.
